SSZ-13 Molecular sieve is a high silica zeolite with the CHA topology. Materials with this topology are of industrial interest, as potential catalysts for application in the methanol to olefins (MTO) reaction.
Recently SSZ-13 has attracted attention as the catalyst for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx. Actually copper-loading SSZ-13 is industrially applied to the emission control of diesel engines.
SSZ-13 shows superior performance in NOx abatement, methanol to olefin (MTO) and adsorption and separation of gas.
SSZ-13 Zeolite
is composed AlO4 and SiO4 tetrahedra joined by oxygen atoms inclusive, orderly arranged to have eight yuan spheroidal cage ring structure (0.73 nm × 1.2 nm) and three-dimensional intersection pore structure (Figure 1), pore size of 0.38 nm × 0.38 nm, a specific surface area of up to 700 m2 / g. Since SSZ-13 has ordered pore structure, good hydrothermal stability, there is more surface acidic proton center and exchangeable cations and other characteristics, so the removal of NOx in the exhaust, methanol to olefins (MTO), CO2 adsorptive separation exhibits excellent performance
Our zeoite and catalyst factory are in follow.
The fixed-bed catalyst production project covers an area of about 5,000 square meters and a building area of 2,000 square meters. It is fully equipped with public works and has more than 40 sets of catalyst production equipment. It has a complete fixed-bed catalyst production system, and the production units that can be carried out mainly include: pretreatment of catalyst raw powder, impregnation, molding, drying/roasting, screening and environmental protection treatment, etc., which can meet the production of various fixed-bed catalysts.
